Clinical Nurse RN – Weekend Alternative (Lakewood Long Term Care) – Part time, 40 hours per week (Sat-Sun 6:45p - 7:15a)
About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Podiatry Clinic, providing top-notch care to patients dealing with acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients based on their diagnosis and care needs
- Plan, perform, delegate, and evaluate nursing care using your expert skills
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Participate in committees, program evaluations, research, and education
- Supervise and mentor students
- Stay compliant with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and all organizational and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current state of Missouri license as a Registered Nurse
- Current BCLS certification
- If applying for a PRN position: At least one year of medical/surgical experience OR one year of prior experience in the specialty area
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent specialty degree (preferred)
- RN Specialty Certification (preferred)
Schedule
6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, Saturday and Sunday (40 hours per week)
