Clinical Nurse Radiology

About the role

Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing imaging and interventional procedures in an on-site, PRN role with flexible shifts within a patient-focused health environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, start IVs, administer medications and contrast, and support moderate sedation.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Uphold safety protocols, infection control, and radiation protection standards.

Requirements

• Active nursing license.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of imaging procedures, patient assessment, medication administration, and sedation support.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.
