Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a pediatric dialysis setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and communicates effectively across care continuum. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
