About the role
The Clinical Nurse Manager II position at Atrius Health Easton/Taunston is responsible for the clinical management coordination of the overall activities of the assigned site. This includes creating an environment that nurtures empowerment of team members, encouraging the development of self-directed work teams, pursuing and encouraging continuous quality management and innovation, improving communication, teamwork, participation, and acknowledgment among all staff. The position also ensures the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Position Details
Location: To cover Easton and Taunton Atrius Health locations
Department: Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
Position in this function is responsible for the management and oversight of the daily clinical operations in a service line in one or more practice locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical leadership, clinical operations, patient and employee safety and satisfaction, quality care, fiscal management and personnel management. Partners and co-creates a dynamic and collaborative relationship and partnership with members of the triad - Chiefs of Service Line and Operations leaders and/or local administration leaders in service to exemplary patient care. Ensures the continuity and advancement of systems, care model critical success factors and service standards.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or currently enrolled in a BSN program and obtain the degree within one year of hire
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current License as an RN in the State of Massachusetts
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
3+ years of demonstrated clinical experience and skill in relevant nursing area
1+ years of leadership/charge nurse experience in a clinical setting
Experience in telephone nursing practice within an ambulatory practice setting
Demonstrated knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in practice specialty or leadership with an expectation to sit for certification within 4 years of hire
3+ years of leadership/charge nurse experience in a clinical setting
Management/leadership experience in a nursing collective bargaining environment
Skills
Working knowledge of organizational systems and operations
Must be able to act cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Requires solid interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Must have demonstrated commitment to the principals of collaboration and teamwork
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
