About the role

The Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) plays a crucial role in managing wound care centers, ensuring optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction. This position collaborates closely with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provides case management to patients, conducting assessments and implementing treatment plans according to protocols.
  • Organizes and prioritizes clinical tasks, overseeing staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians.
  • Collaborates with healthcare providers and hospital personnel to address clinical and patient needs.
  • Engages in staff development, offering both general and individualized training and feedback.
  • Coordinates Vein Care services if applicable, assisting with patient care and maintaining compliance with Healogics and hospital policies.
  • Works with Program Director to achieve quality indicators and budgetary goals.
  • Performs documentation as a scribe and may act as a chamber operator or emergency chamber operator after appropriate training.
  • Assists with patient care based on center staffing needs and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current RN license required.
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum requirement, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • One year of RN experience required, with two years preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Wound care certification preferred.

Benefits

Healogics offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $78,900.00 - $106,300.00 annually. The exact salary depends on qualifications, experience, and operational needs.
