About the Role
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, ensuring a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments, procedures, and tests in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
- Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Care Plans.
- Guide ancillary staff and uphold professional nursing standards.
