Qualifications & Skills

• RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for advanced levels
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork
