Clinical Nurse I RN – Critical Care Float Pool - FT- Nights

About the Role

Join the Critical Care Float Pool at NewYork-Presbyterian, New York’s #1 hospital, as a Clinical Nurse I RN. This full-time, night shift position is located at NYP/Columbia University Medical Center. Within the Critical Care Unit Without Walls, you will rotate between Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CTICU, CCU, and Neuro ICU. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in critical care settings.
• Rotate between Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CTICU, CCU, and Neuro ICU as part of the Critical Care Float Pool.
• Collaborate with top specialists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Participate in shared clinical decision-making and contribute to a professional practice model, including Unit Practice Councils and Clinical Ladder opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of ICU RN experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current New York State RN licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN Certification.

Pay

Salary Range: $129,681 - $141,006 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, night shift position.

All roles require on-site presence, and employees should live within a commutable distance to NewYork-Presbyterian. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
