About the role
Provides education and professional development to support the clinical competence and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members.
Affirms clinical excellence in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs
- Conducts needs assessments and applies evidence-based educational strategies
- Supports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team Members
- Serves as a clinical and educational resource to direct care staff
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and change management
- Performs appropriate RN functions and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Required: BSN with 3 years of clinical experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field with 4 years of nursing education experience
- PREFERRED: Professional organization certification, ANPD certification, Oncology Experience
