About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions during their shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admission and discharge for efficient throughput.
• Assess and improve quality of care in collaboration with management.
• Promote teamwork and a patient-first philosophy.
• Support nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and service recovery.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and personnel management.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory control.

Key Duties

• Ensure quality care, staff coordination, and resource management.
• Support a collaborative, patient-focused environment to improve clinical outcomes and departmental performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience required.
