Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing nursing functions during their shift. They collaborate with management to monitor, evaluate, and improve care quality, serve as a resource for staff, and model organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput.Assess and improve the quality of patient care services.Foster teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.Support a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery when needed.Implement nursing strategies to boost staff engagement and operational efficiency.Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory control. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
