Role Overview

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing nursing functions during their shift. They collaborate with management to monitor, evaluate, and improve care quality, serve as a resource for staff, and model organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput.
• Assess and improve the quality of patient care services.
• Foster teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.
• Support a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies to boost staff engagement and operational efficiency.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory control.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
