Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Nights

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, supporting care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing support, quality and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
