About the role
Manage clinical operations, workflow, and patient care outcomes within a Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. Ensure safety and a high-quality patient experience while directing and mentoring care staff to foster development and clinical performance. Provide direct patient care as needed, prepare patients and families for discharge, and lead clinical performance management to promote teamwork.

Requirements
- Current Illinois nursing license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; management experience preferred
