About the Role
Responsible for managing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting safety outcomes. Will guide and mentor staff, oversee workflow, and may provide direct patient care when needed. Accountable for patient outcomes in designated areas and leading clinical performance management.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to safe, high-quality patient experiences
- Manage daily clinical operations and team workflow
- Guide staff through teaching, mentoring, and counseling
- Lead clinical performance improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care if necessary
Requirements
- Current Illinois nursing license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience; management experience preferred
