Role: ICU/CCU Nurse Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate nursing functions and patient care during designated shifts.Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.Delegate nursing tasks to team members effectively.Educate patients and caregivers about health conditions and care procedures.Maintain safety protocols and infection-control standards to ensure a safe environment.
