Key responsibilities include providing patient-centered care, managing complex recoveries, assisting with admissions and discharges, and supporting team collaboration to ensure safe, effective outcomes. The role involves clinical judgment, adaptability, and time management to handle high patient turnover. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) oversees care quality, staff coordination, resource management, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), a valid RN license, basic life support certification, and at least 1+ year experience.
