Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry
Location: Glenbrook Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Nights and Evening Rotational with rotating weekends
Hours: 40

About the Role
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
Would assume direct patient care if necessary
Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
Takes lead on clinical performance management
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licenses: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred.
