Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiac/Stroke - Night Shift

Role: Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinical operations, manage unit workflow, ensure high-quality patient care, and promote safety and positive patient experiences. Lead and mentor care team members, guide clinical performance, and assume direct patient care if needed. Ensure accountability for patient outcomes within specific care areas. Prepare and support patients and families for discharge. Foster staff development through teaching, counseling, and performance management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)Current professional Nursing Licensure in ILBLS/CPR certificationAt least 3 years of relevant clinical experience; management experience preferred Key Attributes: Leadership, clinical expertise, mentoring ability, strong communication skills, and commitment to quality care.
