Directs patients care teams and serves as a point of contact for complex treatment plans
Staff Leadership
- Schedules and supervises nursing staff
- Evaluates performance
- Helps onboard new hires
Administrative Operations
- Drafts unit policies
- Manages medical records
- Handles scheduling
- Coincides with insurance/financial departments
Education/Experience
2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous leadership or charge nurse experience highly preferred Requires a BSN Nurse Degree Clinically eligible & licensed with the State of Utah
