About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. You will develop and document individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and communicate effectively across care settings. Critical nursing skills are essential to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a healing environment by educating patients and families.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with clear goals, coordinating across the continuum of care.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, including cultural and spiritual factors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
