We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Mayo Clinic ranking etc. That's about the organization, maybe "About the role" or "About Mayo Clinic". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. Content includes: - Intro paragraph about Mayo Clinic ranking, dedication to employees, benefits highlights (medical, dental, vision, pre-tax savings, retirement). That's benefits. - Responsibilities: description of role, Neurodiagnostic Specialist, modalities, etc. - What Sets Our Practice Apart? (maybe could be part of About the role or Responsibilities). Could be a separate section like "About the role" or "Why Mayo Clinic". But we have limited headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have qualifications and requirements details: Specialist I and II requirements, certification, education, etc. That's qualifications/requirements. We have compensation detail: pay ranges for Specialist I and II. That's Pay. We have schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80, schedule details Monday-Friday with shift hours, rotating after-hours call. That's Schedule. We have benefits highlights: medical, dental, vision, pre-tax savings, retirement. That's Benefits. We have sign-on bonus and relocation assistance: could be part of Benefits or maybe separate but we can include in Benefits as bullet points. We have "Equal Opportunity" boilerplate to remove. We have "Recruiter Casie Johnson" maybe minor metadata; could be a short p. We have "International Assignment No", "Site Description" maybe not needed? It's descriptive but could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's location info; could be included in About the role as prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all specifics: benefits details, responsibilities, qualifications, pay ranges, schedule details, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, etc. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create sections without real content. Thus we will have sections: About the role (maybe includes intro about Mayo Clinic ranking, dedication, site description, what sets practice apart). Responsibilities (details of role). Qualifications (or Requirements). Since we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings possible; but we have detailed qualifications for Specialist I and II. Could combine into Qualifications section. Requirements maybe not needed separately. We'll follow instruction: use headings from list; we can choose which to include. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information: let's extract. Intro paragraph: "Why Mayo Clinic Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. As we work together to put the needs of the patient first, we are also dedicated to our employees, investing in competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit plans – to take care of you and your family, now and in the future. And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic." We can combine into a paragraph. Then "Benefits Highlights Medical: Multiple plan options.Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage.Vision: Affordable plan with national network.Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses.Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future." Also sign-on bonus and relocation assistance: "Sign-on Bonus Available For Eligible External Candidates $20,000 – Two or more years of experience and certification$15,000 – Less than two years of experience and certification$10,000 – Non-certified and less than two years of experience Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance of up to $10,000, based on distance." We can list these as bullet points under Benefits. Responsibilities: "Join Mayo Clinic’s growing Neurology department in Rochester, Minnesota, and build your career within a world-renowned academic medical center dedicated to patient care, innovation, education, and research. This posting represents current and future opportunities across several specialized neurodiagnostic areas: Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU)Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring Electroencephalography (IONM-EEG)Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring Electromyography (IONM-EMG) Our technologists work alongside nationally recognized neurologists and neuroscientists, using advanced technology and innovative diagnostic techniques to evaluate complex neurological conditions. Growing Neurology practice with continued investment in neurodiagnostic services.Exposure to complex and rare neurological disorders. Defined career progression and specialty certification support.Collaboration with nationally recognized experts advancing neuroscience care" We could incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably About the role. Qualifications: details about Specialist I and II. Let's extract: "Specialist I: High school diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited neurodiagnostic technology program or two years of relevant neurodiagnostic technology experience required. Associate’s degree preferred. Required certification through ABRET, ABEM, and/or AAET must be obtained within two years of employment in the laboratory of hire. Current Basic Life Support certification required." "Specialist II: High school diploma or GED and High School Diploma or GED and a total of 4 years of experience: 2 years of Neurodiagnostic experience with 2 years of experience in laboratory specialty (e.g. IONM EEG, IONM EMG/EP, EMU, MEG) applying to. Must be a current Registered Technologist to apply." Also "Exemption Status Nonexempt" maybe not needed. Compensation Detail: "Experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Specialist I $35.45 - $53.15 Specialist II $39.86 - $59.84" Schedule: "Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details Monday-Friday with shift hours ranging from 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM (EEG IONM) or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (EMG IONM) Team members also participate in a rotating after-hours call schedule, typically at least one evening/night per week." Also "International Assignment No" maybe not needed. Site Description: maybe not needed but could be part of About the role. We need to avoid duplication. Now produce HTML. Structure:
