Get to Know Your Team
Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers across 30 specialties, serving 21 communities through 82 sites in Oklahoma. The Clinical Navigator RN coordinates and facilitates patient care across the continuum for designated patient populations, serving as a clinical resource, patient advocate, and liaison among patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience. This role supports care coordination, patient education, clinical program initiatives, and evidence-based practice standards, contributing to improved clinical outcomes through effective communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care management.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience in cardiology, vascular services, critical care, cardiac surgery, or emergency services.
- Public speaking or community education experience.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
- Skill in program coordination and patient navigation activities.
