Clinical Mental Health Counselor
About the Role
Arcadia Counseling in Sandy, Lehi, and Lindon is seeking full and part-time Licensed and Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselors to join our team of over 60 MFTs, CMHCs, and CSWs. We provide a full-service administration model, handling marketing, credentialing, eligibility checks, client onboarding, scheduling, billing, and collections, allowing you to focus on therapy. We are paneled with most major insurance companies and support clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, gender-related issues, self-harm, faith-based concerns, and more. We tailor our practice to fit your strengths, preferences, and schedule.
Requirements
- Fully and independently licensed as an ACMHC or LCMHC in Utah
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to clients addressing a wide range of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain professionalism, organization, and proactive problem-solving
- Demonstrate strong multitasking, time-management, and customer service skills
