Clinical Manager (RN, PT, OT or Speech Therapist)

About the role

As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you’ll manage the clinical and operational elements of the homecare program, achieving identified targets, metrics of: clinical outcomes/ratings at target or better, productivity, visits/episode, overtime, employee engagement/retention, budget targets. You will provide functional supervision of agency home care employees.

Requirements

• Current RN or Clinical Therapy License in the State of Michigan.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or therapy field required (Master’s degree encouraged).
• Minimum three years' experience in a skilled homecare agency.

Qualifications

• Progressive supervisory or leadership experience.
• Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with clients, clinical staff, and team members.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the work site.
