We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Manager to lead our new and exciting Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing team, coming soon to Williamsburg, VA. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a team committed to delivering exceptional care throughout the Richmond Metro community. The RN Clinical Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of pediatric home care services. This role ensures that all care provided meets clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. The RN Nurse Manager will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, managing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and other field staff, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is consistently delivered
