Clinical Manager (Clinical Supervisor)

Job Summary

The Clinical Manager (Supervisor) at Devereux provides clinical supervision of Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals and supports staff as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining high quality therapeutic services, supervising Therapeutic Home Specialists and Clinicians, and coordinating referrals and placements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure as a licensed independent social worker (LISW), licensed professional clinical mental health counselor (LPCC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed psychologist or other licensed independent practitioner in a related field OR a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in psychiatric nursing or clinical nurse specialist in a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families
• Supervisory experience required

Other Requirements

• Must be 21+ or older (per licensing standards)
• Valid New Mexico Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
• Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
• Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
