Clinical Liaison | Pensacola Rehab

About the Role

As a Clinical Navigator at PAM Health, you are the face of our hospital. You will meet people during challenging times and inspire hope by sharing our success stories and the potential for recovery during their rehab stay. This role works under the direction of the Director of Business Development, focusing on cultivating referral relationships, managing assigned territories, and completing patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
• Completes patient assessments and makes sales contacts.
• Analyzes referral and admission data from assigned territory.
• Collaborates with the business development team, admissions staff, nursing, and other internal/external stakeholders to facilitate referral conversion.
• Provides feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission processes, and patient/referral source satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, family members, physicians, nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required.
• Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.
