Clinical Leader- Wound Care (RN) | Hybrid Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on oversight and leadership to Providers, LPN/LVNs, and Medical Assistants, setting objectives and ensuring high standards at every level
• Conduct training, skills assessments, and mentorship to foster continuous learning and professional growth for your team
• Establish and refine clinical policies, procedures, and workflows; ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and enhance quality and performance metrics for better patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the Executive Team and multidisciplinary colleagues to create education content, drive quality initiatives, and champion best practices
• Support new clinical programs and initiatives to keep NIVA Health at the forefront of wound care

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Wound Care certification (preferred or required within 45 days of hire)
• Minimum of 4 years in wound care and 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team
• A passion for patient-centered care and professional excellence

Pay

Base salary of up to $95,000 plus a generous bonus program
