About the Role

The Clinical Lead of Behavioral Health is responsible for the strategic, clinical, and operational leadership of the Behavioral Health Department. This position provides oversight of an integrated multidisciplinary behavioral health team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services across all Park West Health System locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of an integrated multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Serves as the designated Behavioral Health Clinical Lead for the organization
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services
• Develops and implements departmental plans and programs
• Manages quality improvement initiatives
• Ensures regulatory compliance
• Supervises providers
• Facilitates behavioral health integration
• Maintains clinical excellence across Behavioral Health services
• Maintains an active clinical practice and provides direct patient care
• Performs psychiatric evaluations, medication management, consultation, treatment planning, and collaborative care services

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing psychiatric care in a behavioral health setting
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
• Experience working within an integrated care, community health center, FQHC, or multidisciplinary healthcare environment preferred
