Clinical Laboratory Team Lead - Immunology/Serology

Role: Clinical Laboratory Team Leader in immunology/serology, responsible for supervising daily operations, training staff, and performing technical procedures to ensure quality patient care in a high-volume lab setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily laboratory activities and generate production reportsTrain new hires and mentor current team members on procedures and techniquesPerform routine and complex testing according to SOPsMonitor instrumentation, troubleshoot issues, and conduct maintenance and quality controlAssess specimen acceptability, prepare reagents, and deliver accurate test results in a timely manner Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in chemical/biological sciences, clinical laboratory science, or medical technologyAt least 2 years of clinical lab testing experiencePreferred certifications: ASCP and/or AMTLeadership or supervisory experience is advantageousProficiency with laboratory information systems and computersAbility to pass color blindness screeningPhysical capability to perform job duties and work overtime if necessary
