This Clinical Lab Scientist opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient flexible schedule. The position involves processing laboratory specimens and reporting results across various areas of the clinical laboratory. Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Function independently in all areas of the clinical laboratory: blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology/immunology, and phlebotomy.
• Perform high-complexity testing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of expected lab values for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
• Notify patient caregivers and/or physicians of critical lab values.

Requirements

• Nevada State Licensure as a General Supervisor required.
• Able to perform blood draws.
• BLS certification required.
