Clinical Lab Scientist (generalist)

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity laboratory tests involving multiple steps and techniques.
• Use professional judgement and technical operation in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology, and immunohematology sections.
• Aid physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment by producing consistent, reliable test results.
• Adhere to Redlands Community Hospital policies, procedures, regulations, and professional standards.

Requirements

• One year of experience in laboratory testing preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Medical Technology or Biological Science preferred.
• Completion of an approved internship or formal training program in Medical Technology preferred.
• Valid California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist required.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $48.01min. - $69.61 max. $10K sign on bonus for FT night shift (as applicable).
