About the role
Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital are part of Universal Health Services (UHS), a leading provider of hospital and healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Floating between Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital based on operational needs.
- Performing a variety of clinical laboratory tasks as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
- Providing pediatric emergency services at Rancho Springs Hospital.
- Offering 24/7 OB/GYN physician coverage at Rancho Springs Hospital.
- Operating the Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital.
- Managing the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Rancho Springs Hospital.
Qualifications
- Minimum Essential Experience: At least two years as a clinical laboratory scientist (CLS) preferred.
- Minimum Essential Education: Follows the State of California, DHS, Laboratory Field Services requirements of education for licensure of a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
- Required Licensure / Certifications: A valid CLS certification from the State of California.

Pay
Compensation details are competitive and depend on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible and may require floating between both facilities based on operational needs.
