Clinical Intern

Join our team as a Clinical Intern and build the skills you need for a successful career in counseling, social work, or a related field. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced, licensed clinicians in a supportive environment where learning and professional growth are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling under supervision
• Conduct client intakes, assessments, and help develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Aid in case management, including connecting clients to community resources
• Support clients in reaching goals related to mental health, wellness, and stability
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
• Show strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commit to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care
• Maintain professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s program (Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field)
• Eligibility for academic credit or field placement
• Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
