What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families.
- Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments.
- Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services.
- Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes.
- MATCH clients with the best-fit provider and service.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.

Qualifications
- 1+ year sales, intake, healthcare, or phone-based experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- HIPAA knowledge preferred
- CRM/EMR experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits
