About the Role

The Department of Restorative Dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine is seeking PART-TIME general dentists for a faculty position at the rank of Clinical Instructor. The successful candidate will have a .20 FTE – .40 FTE commitment to teaching. Specific responsibilities include participation in both didactic and clinical teaching of Restorative Dentistry (Operative Dentistry, Fixed Prosthodontics, and Removable Prosthodontics) to our pre-doctoral dental students, as well as participation in other pre-doctoral educational programs of the Department. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and teamwork skills. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have completed a recognized residency program in General Dentistry and hold a valid NJ dental license. Applicants should also have a strong commitment to teaching and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Restorative Dentistry.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
