About the role

Bridge the gap between technical and local clinical teams to ensure new technology implementations prioritize patient safety and standard practices.
Partner with healthcare market leaders to serve as their primary strategic advisor and consultant for complex technology workflows.
Analyze clinical workflows and usage data to continuously evaluate and optimize health information system designs.
Drive change management initiatives and content development for technical training resources to accelerate user adoption and efficiency.
Champion a culture of collaborative problem-solving across matrixed teams to resolve technical and operational roadblocks quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between technical and local clinical teams to ensure new technology implementations prioritize patient safety and standard practices.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Master’s degree or an equivalent blend of relevant healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical hospital experience combined with expertise in clinical informatics, healthcare workflow optimization, clinical systems implementation, or evidence-based process improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical and operational teams on informatics initiatives, supporting organizational change efforts, clinical workflow adoption, or quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Expertise in clinical informatics, healthcare workflow optimization, clinical systems implementation, or evidence-based process improvement.

  • Experience with clinical workflows and usage data analysis.
  • Ability to drive user adoption and efficiency.

Pay

$83,090.04 to $115,822.45 per year
