About the role

This is a hybrid position at UW Health Swedish American Hospital, 1401 E State St., with a flexible work schedule to be determined during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Required residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent
• Required to provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
