TrueCare is a healthcare provider serving San Diego and Riverside Counties, dedicated to making healthcare accessible to underserved communities. We are seeking a Clinical Informaticist to join our mission-driven team.

About the Role

The Clinical Informaticist (CI) supports both clinical and business partners and initiatives, translating clinical content into clinical applications, analyzing workflows, and facilitating project management.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical and business partners and initiatives
• Translate clinical content into clinical applications
• Analyze workflows and implement change management
• Provide technical insight and share knowledge as a certified EHR informaticist
• Design, build, test, and train for clinical applications implementations, optimizations, and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, computer science, a clinical healthcare field, or a related field
• Epic Certification
• A minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience directly supporting an EHR application as an analyst/informaticist
• Understanding of healthcare delivery workflows and processes
• Understanding of fundamental project management methodology and demonstrated ability to serve as a lead for an implementation or project
• Knowledge of different learning styles, effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of the different methods available to facilitate learning transfer
• Knowledge of information systems, including office automation and data analysis tools such as MS Office, simulation software, Visio, etc.

Qualifications

• May be required to travel to TrueCare locations
• A valid California Driver’s License, proof of valid insurance and clean driving record required

Pay Range

$92,977 - $139,466 on an annual basis
