Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of clinical information systems (including EMRs) to meet organizational needs and maximize patient safety and experience.
  • Establish and enforce information system policies and procedures that ensure strict compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, validate clinician competencies, and onboard new providers to ensure seamless technology adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic agent of change by recruiting clinicians for collaborative work groups and promoting organizational alignment with optimized digital workflows.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing preferred.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

  • Previous imaging experience.

Schedule

Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
