Clinical Heath Coach

About the role

The position is a part-time contract role with Goodpath, an integrative healthcare company focusing on whole-person health. Goodpath aims to improve outcomes for clients with various health conditions through its innovative, comprehensive care model.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for a member panel with musculoskeletal pain, sleep, digestive, mental health, cancer survivorship, and weight and diabetes management issues
• Conduct telehealth visits focused on behavioral coaching and Goodpath program adherence
• Review health content for quality and patient understanding and provide feedback to other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other coaches and team members
• Utilize specific clinical training and background to help define best standards for coaching and delivery of a novel digital health product

Requirements

• Bachelor’s health sciences degree in nursing, advanced practice (NP, PA), behavioral psychology, nutrition, physical therapy or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in direct patient care, such as in a physical therapy clinic, cardiac rehab, inpatient hospital setting, outpatient hospital setting, nutrition counseling
• Excellent communication and written skills
• The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
• The desire to be an integral part of a team passionate about healthcare innovation
• The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's health science degree
• Experience providing telehealth
• 2+ years experience in health coaching
• NBC-HWC Coaching Certification

Pay

Hourly rate: $32-$42
