Clinical Field Specialist - Tampa

About the role

The Clinical Field Specialist supports a rapidly growing Advanced Patient Monitoring business across Tampa and Lakeland. This is a hybrid clinical and sales role for a healthcare professional who enjoys working directly with physicians and hospital staff while helping drive adoption of innovative monitoring technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during surgical and procedural cases
• Train physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on Advanced Patient Monitoring technology
• Drive product adoption and identify opportunities to expand utilization within existing accounts
• Build relationships with key clinical stakeholders
• Partner with the commercial team to execute account growth strategies
• Support 2–4 key hospital accounts within the territory

Qualifications

• RN strongly preferred (ICU experience highly preferred)
• Adult ICU, PICU, or NICU backgrounds considered
• Anesthesia tech or clinical specialist experience may also be considered
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced OR and ICU environments
• Sales aptitude with the ability to influence clinicians and build relationships
• Medical device experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000–85,000
• On-target earnings: $120,000–130,000
• Uncapped earning potential
• Top performers earn $200,000–225,000+ annually
