Responsibilities

  • C Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • D Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
  • T Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • C Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and beyond.
  • M Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • D Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
  • P Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • E Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • E Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • E Valid limited state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Maryland (if applicable).
  • E Educator Certificate (if applicable).
  • E Experience working with school-age children preferred.
  • E Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • E Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.

$55 - $60 per hour
