Responsibilities
- C Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- D Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- T Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- C Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and beyond.
- M Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- D Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
- P Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- E Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- E Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- E Valid limited state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Maryland (if applicable).
- E Educator Certificate (if applicable).
- E Experience working with school-age children preferred.
- E Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- E Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.

Schedule
Hours and schedule are flexible to accommodate the needs of the school district and the student population.
Pay
$55 - $60 per hour
