Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)

About the role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. The position offers multi‑disciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and autonomy within Ivy Health’s pediatric team, delivering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Virginia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Compensation

Base salary range: $70,000 – $108,000 per year. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation.
