Clinical Excellence Lead

About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Clinical Excellence Lead to join our team in Maitland, Florida. Our physicians trust us to empower them to provide clinical research as a patient care option. Underlying this trust is our core patient matching function: we provide seamless, intelligent matches of patients to clinical trials. As Clinical Excellence Lead, you will take responsibility for every patient match that SiteRx generates.

Responsibilities

• Interpret clinical research protocols and eligibility criteria to support end-to-end study readiness and execution
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate patient-level data for suitability across research and care delivery contexts
• Perform structured quality review of AI-assisted data outputs to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards

Requirements

You are a detail-oriented, motivated person with a clinical research background. You are looking to make an immediate impact at an exciting startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• You have experience navigating the complexities of healthcare data and clinical research protocols
• You are familiar with the clinical trial patient enrollment journey, and have background working for or with clinical research sites
• You are highly detail oriented
• You have the work ethic and presence to work diligently in a non-customer facing environment
• You have a nursing background

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
