About the Role

Lead Clinical Engineering at the health system level. Shape strategy and drive results across a multi-site healthcare network. Partner with hospital executives to improve performance, enhance technology management, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Clinical Engineering leaders and teams while driving regulatory readiness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Clinical Engineering strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network.
  • Partner with hospital executives to improve performance, enhance technology management, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Clinical Engineering leaders and teams.
  • Drive regulatory readiness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of Clinical Engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and operations.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, financial management, contracts, costing, and medical equipment management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to balance customer expectations, operational demands, and financial performance.
  • Experience influencing executives and coaching frontline leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Passion for building strong teams, developing talent, and delivering results that matter.
