Clinical Documentation Specialist
The Opportunity
Saint Luke's is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to review medical records to ensure accurate documentation of severity of illness, complications, comorbidities, and clinical support. This role involves educating clinical providers on proper medical record documentation. Inpatient coding or CDI experience is required. This is a remote position.
