  • Create, update, and maintain educational materials and clinical learning resources for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to support ongoing professional development.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new providers to ensure alignment with clinical standards, documentation expectations, and value-based care principles.
  • Assist in the development of clinical tools, workflows, and learning resources to support provider performance and clinical quality improvement.
  • Perform additional duties related to clinical education, documentation support, and provider development as assigned to support organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring

    • Experience in value-based care models
    • Strong background in clinical documentation and chart review
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Techonlogically proficient and comfortable working within electronic health records (EHRs), data platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and digital education systems
  • Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements:
    • APP or MD, or international medical graduate required
    • Licensure as an MD, DO, NP, or PA is preferred but not required if equivalent clinical training and experience can be demonstrated.
