Clinical Documentation Coordinator - Quality Management
About the role
The Quality Management and Peer Review Clinical Coordinator at Wilcox Memorial Hospital will oversee performance improvement initiatives and programs for the facility, implement the clinical processes of the peer review system, ensure timely and effective clinical reviews, review selected case referrals, maintain databases, and support peer review committees.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a facility resource, coordinating organizational efforts to prepare for reviews by The Joint Commission and other accrediting agencies
Requirements
- Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Valid driver's license and current Hawaii auto insurance
- Three (3) years acute care nursing experience
- One (1) year experience in quality, utilization or peer review coordination
Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Critical care experience preferred

Pay Range: 125,174 - 156,478 USD per year
