Clinical Director of Digital Pathology

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Lead clinical strategy for digital pathology initiatives, focusing on technology selection and implementation
• Serve as the primary medical expert for digital pathology platforms and AI-enabled diagnostic applications
• Collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and support the digital pathology roadmap
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in partnership with Quality and Regulatory teams
• Evaluate and validate emerging digital pathology and AI/ML technologies before clinical deployment
• Provide diagnostic interpretation of biopsy and cytology materials, ensuring high-quality pathology services
• Build relationships with external collaborators and clients to improve service delivery

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
• Active, unrestricted Medical License in CA or FL, willing to obtain additional licenses
• Minimum of 3 years of post-training experience in digital and computational pathology
• Proven experience with image analysis software and AI/ML applications in pathology
• Strong background in pathology informatics with preferred fellowship training in clinical informatics

Pay

$210,000 – $250,000 annually
